Caruso
Is one of my favorite Icelandic Italian restaurants. It has a very cozy atmosphere with lots of candles and the food is just moth watering.

Hornid is right down town near the harbor Hafnarstæti 15 in an old Icelandic building on a corner. Price range ($$-$$$)
Italia
Is one of our most popular Icelandic Italian restaurants, so if you are planning on eating out at Italia I would recommend ordering a table. Italia has a wonderful food and very cozy atmosphere. They tend to have very worm inside (I am always so cold) so that is something I love, maybe it is just because of their pizza oven. But people just love this place it is always full at every evening.
Italia is situated at Laugavegur 11 and there price range are ($$-$$$). They are open every day from 11:30-23:30.
La Primavera
Is not as casual as the above restaurants. More of a higher class and that is maybe it is not my kind of restaurants or lack of an experience, I have only once dined at this restaurant, so it is maybe not that much of an experience. The food and service was fine.
La Primavera is located in Austurstraeti 9 down town and the prices are ($$$). They are open Tuesday-Friday from 11:30-14:00 and Tuesday- Saturday from18:00-22:30

Rossopomodoro
Is a chain of 80 restaurants in Europe. It has a high quality of Italian food from Naples. It is a very stylish restaurant and you get the feeling when you walk in the door that these people know what they are doing.
